This presentation is one of the performances that we won't forget because we learned a lot, we became stronger and draw us closer to God.
Psalms 119
' Aleph
1 Blessed are they whose ways are blameless,
who walk according to the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they who keep his statutes
and seek him with all their heart.
3 They do nothing wrong;
they walk in his ways.
4 You have laid down precepts
that are to be fully obeyed.
5 Oh, that my ways were steadfast
in obeying your decrees!
6 Then I would not be put to shame
when I consider all your commands.
7 I will praise you with an upright heart
as I learn your righteous laws.
8 I will obey your decrees;
do not utterly forsake me.
b Beth
9 How can a young man keep his way pure?
By living according to your word.
10 I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your commands.
11 I have hidden your word in my heart
that I might not sin against you.
12 Praise be to you, O LORD;
teach me your decrees.
13 With my lips I recount
all the laws that come from your mouth.
14 I rejoice in following your statutes
as one rejoices in great riches.
15 I meditate on your precepts
and consider your ways.
16 I delight in your decrees;
I will not neglect your word.
g Gimel
17 Do good to your servant, and I will live;
I will obey your word.
18 Open my eyes that I may see
wonderful things in your law.
19 I am a stranger on earth;
do not hide your commands from me.
20 My soul is consumed with longing
for your laws at all times.
21 You rebuke the arrogant, who are cursed
and who stray from your commands.
22 Remove from me scorn and contempt,
for I keep your statutes.
23 Though rulers sit together and slander me,
your servant will meditate on your decrees.
24 Your statutes are my delight;
they are my counselors.
d Daleth
25 I am laid low in the dust;
preserve my life according to your word.
26 I recounted my ways and you answered me;
teach me your decrees.
27 Let me understand the teaching of your precepts;
then I will meditate on your wonders.
28 My soul is weary with sorrow;
strengthen me according to your word.
29 Keep me from deceitful ways;
be gracious to me through your law.
30 I have chosen the way of truth;
I have set my heart on your laws.
31 I hold fast to your statutes, O LORD;
do not let me be put to shame.
32 I run in the path of your commands,
for you have set my heart free.
Psalms 1
1 Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stands in the way of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scoffers;
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And on His law he meditates day and night.
3 He’s like a tree
Planted by streams of water,
That brings forth its fruit in season,
Its leaf does not wither;
And in everything he does he prospers.
4 The wicked are not so,
They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the LORD knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of the wicked will perish.
Psalm 16
1 So Preserve me, O God, You are my God.
2 You are the Lord,
3 “These are the noble, in whom is all my delight.”
4 Those who choose another god multiply their sorrows;
Their libations of blood I will not pour out,
Nor take up their names upon my lips.
5 The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup;
You hold my lot.
6 The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
Yes, I have a beautiful inheritance.
7 I bless the LORD who gives me counsel;
In the night also my heart instructs me.
8 I keep the LORD always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my soul rejoices;
And my body also dwells secure.
10 For You do not give up Your godly one to see the pit
11 You have shown me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Romans 5:1-8
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 through whom also we have obtained access into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
3 And not only that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works patience;
4 and patience works approvingness; and approvingness works hope and
5 hope does not put us to shame because the love of God has poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit whose been given to us.
6 For while we we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
7 Now for a good man one might dare to die scarcely one die for a righteous man;
8 But God shows His love for us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1 Corinthians 13
1 If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and have all faith, so I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all my possessions and deliver my body to be burned, and do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient and kind; it does not envy; or boast, it is not arrogant; 5 or rude, it does not insist on its own way, it is not irritable or resentful; 6 It does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices together with the truth; 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. As for prophecy, it will pass away; as for tongues they will cease; As for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For now we know in part and we prophesy in part. 10 But when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 Now we see in a mirror, dimly, then face to face. Now I know in part, then I will know fully even as I have been fully known.
13 Now abide faith, hope and love, these three; the greatest of these is love.
